•Castle is located in a small town situated in the southern part of the Opole province,

•This town is one of the oldest towns in ŚląskOpolski/part of Silesia with the capital in the city of Opole/. The unique, medieval urban lay-out has been successfully preserved until today as well as many historic monuments including the dwelling structures. The ancient part of the urban lay-out is under the art restorer’s strict protection.

•Also having the population of approx. 2689 people is the local administrative and service-providing center of the commune. The following public utility buildings are seated here: primary and post-primary schools, health centers, cultural and sports centers/modern swimming pool meeting the Olympic standards, sports clubs, bicycle paths, developed sports and recreational facilities/.
